We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy. Bookings cannot be canceled or modified within 72 hours of your rental.
A security deposit is required for all motorized rentals. The amount depends on the equipment rented and is authorized on a credit card prior to departure. Upon return, your deposit is released in full if the equipment comes back without damage.
Late returns may result in additional charges and can impact your security deposit. Please return on time to avoid penalties.
No boating license is required. If you don't have one, you can complete a quick temporary boating safety checklist before departure. We provide a full safety orientation with every rental.
You can bring food and drinks on board — we recommend a cooler. Alcohol is permitted following the same rules as in a vehicle. Pets are welcome on our pontoon boats.
